Maitre Ahlan is the restaurant brand for an AI booking host, made for Doha.
Why we exist
Guests book on WhatsApp. They message late in the evening, when your team is busiest. A slow reply can lose the table, and a cancelled table often stays empty because nobody calls the next guest.
Maitre Ahlan is a managed assistant on the restaurant's own WhatsApp number. It answers, books, reminds, refills cancelled tables and reports to the owner every Sunday.
Restaurants first
We start with booking-heavy dine-in restaurants in Doha, from independent venues to restaurant groups and hotel food and beverage teams. We sell face to face, and we do not send cold messages to restaurants.
The name
“Maitre” is the host who greets guests. “Ahlan” means welcome.
Who is behind it
Maitre Ahlan is led by Fred Chambers in Doha, who holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Beckett University. A colleague and Fred set everything up in person at your venue.
We are launching, so there are no live restaurants yet. That is why our first pilots are priced low and measured on your own numbers.
