What you will see
An after-hours booking
A message arrives late at night. Maitre Ahlan greets the guest, asks their name, takes the booking request and asks one consent question.
A menu answer
In Arabic or English, a question about halal or nuts, answered from the approved menu only. An off-menu question goes to your team.
A refilled table
A full slot, the waitlist, a cancellation, and the offer arriving. Then a sample Sunday summary on the owner's phone.
A handover
A guest asks for the manager. Your team receives the chat summary with the guest's name. The team steps in only when needed.
