For restaurants

Your guests already message you. Maitre Ahlan answers.

A managed assistant on your own WhatsApp number: bookings 24/7 in Gulf Arabic or English, menu answers from your approved menu, waitlist refill and an owner's summary every Sunday.

What changes

Guests message late, when your team is busiest

A slow reply can lose the table. A cancelled table often stays empty because nobody calls the next guest. Maitre Ahlan closes both gaps.

Every request answered

24/7, in Gulf Arabic or English, with large groups and complaints passed to a named manager.

Guests greeted by name

It asks in its first message, in your restaurant's name, and recognises returning guests who agreed to be remembered.

Cancelled tables refilled

Guests who ask for a full slot can join the waitlist. A cancelled table is offered to them in the order they joined.

Menu questions, answered safely

Dishes, halal status and allergens come strictly from the menu you approve. Anything else goes to your team.

A summary every Sunday

Bookings taken, no-shows avoided (an estimate, method stated) and new reviews.

Return visits, with consent

Review requests and win-back messages go only to guests who opted in at booking.

Your team stays in charge

A host that knows when to step back

Maitre Ahlan works alongside your team and the booking system you already use (for example SevenRooms). Integration is confirmed with each restaurant before signing.

  • Your team confirms bookings. Guests are told "Our team will confirm shortly."
  • Anything not on your approved menu is passed to your team to confirm before the guest orders.
  • Maitre Ahlan never says a dish is free of an allergen.
  • You own your WhatsApp number and your guest data. A data processing agreement is signed.
